DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

The responsible treatment of personal data is very important to FREUND | RÜLL | PARTNER. Personal data are all data, with which you can be identified.

 

1. Responsibility for Data Processing.

2.  Collection and Storage, Manner and Purpose and Usage of personal Data.

2.1 Visiting our Website.

With this Data Protection Statement we want to inform the users of our web presence www.fr-partner.com, which data are collected, processed and used for which purposes.

When you visit our websites, our servers will automatically store various data about the accessing system, such as the type of the browser and its version, the operating system used, the website, from which our websites are accessed, the accessed subpages of our websites, the date and time of the access, the IP-address, the internet service provider as well as other, similar data.

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass this data without your consent.

The legal basis for the processing of these data is Art. 6 para. 1 sub. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sub. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 sub. 1 lit. f GDPR), given that we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests directed to us.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you ask us to delete it, you revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (eg after completion of the processing of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

 

2.3 Duration of Storage.

Personal Data are deleted, if their awareness for the purposes, described within this Data Protection Statement is not necessary anymore, as far as statutory provisions do not prescribe storage for a longer period of time.

 

2.4 Usage of Google Web Fonts.

For the uniform presentation of fonts our website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser used by you has to connect with the servers of Google. As a result, Google obtains knowledge about the fact that our website has been called up with your IP-address. The use of Google Web Fonts is carried out in the interest of a uniform
and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.

2.5 Google Maps.

To let you know, how you can find us, we use the Google Maps service from Google on our contact pages. We additionally use links to Google Maps for the drive to our office. By using Google Maps, information about your use of our website, including your IP address, is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, by activating the IP-anonymisation on this website, your IP-address will be previously abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting parties of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP-address will be sent to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. 3. User's Rights.

You have the right to demand information about your personal data processed by us, in particular as regards the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, and the purpose of their storage.

You may be entitled to claim that your stored data are corrected, deleted or blocked or that their processing is restricted, provided that the legal requirements are met.

Additionally, you have the right to receive personal data that you have made available to us in a structured, standard, and machine-legible format. This includes the right to transfer such data to another controller. As far as this is technically possible, you can also demand, that FREUND | RÜLL | PARTNER directly transfers the personal data to the other controller.

Your consent given for the processing of your personal data can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Therefore, an informal message to us via e-mail is sufficient.

Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological development.

Please note, that a transfer of data on the Internet can have security flaws. A complete protection of data against the access of third parties or other hazards is not possible despite our precautions.
